1 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use heybaji, you must create an account and meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • heybaji reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft or violation of these terms.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

heybaji supports popular Bangladeshi payment methods to make transactions convenient for our players:

  • Deposits on heybaji are processed instantly through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. There is no fee charged by heybaji for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification status. heybaji may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal to comply with anti-fraud regulations.

  • heybaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. This may include a copy of your national ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
  • Any deposits made through fraudulent means will result in immediate account suspension on heybaji. Funds obtained through fraudulent deposits will not be paid out and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

  • heybaji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
  • Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active on your heybaji account at a time. You must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.

4 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on heybaji are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified random number generators:

  • If your heybaji account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for non-violation reasons will be returned to the player.
  • You may close your heybaji account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending wagers cannot be closed until those wagers are settled.
  • Inactive accounts on heybaji that show no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

7 Limitation of Liability

  • heybaji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
